Dinner is served 6-10pm nightly (Tuesdays closed)

Appetizers

Local Stone Crab Claws
(In season only)
Served hot or cold by ½ lb or 1 lb with drawn butter,
a Dijon mustard sauce  and a toasted cheese baguette


Tuna Carpaccio
Thinly sliced raw sashimi grade Ahi tuna served with seaweed salad and wasabi soy vinaigrette.


Grouper in Blanket
Grouper nuggets sautéed in herb and garlic butter
topped with puff pastry & balsamic onions.

Cajun Calamari
Calamari rings seasoned with hot Caribbean spices and fried or sautéed. Served with Curly Tails sweet chili jam

Stuffed Mushrooms
Grilled mushrooms stuffed with crab meat and topped with  melted cheese.


Conch Fritters
Nobody makes them quite this good.

Curly Tail Salad
Baby greens tossed with candied pecans, Brie, cherry tomatoes in mango vinaigrette and topped with a port wine poached pear.

Chunks of cucumber, tomato and red onion tossed with extra virgin olive oil and topped with feta cheese,
Kalamata olives and fresh oregano.
Zeus would be proud!
(no lettuce in this salad).

California Iceberg Salad
Grilled fresh pineapple served on a wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with blue cheese  dressing & bacon bits

Prosciutto & Fig Salad
Fresh fig quarters and off the bone Prosciutto de Palma tossed with mixed lettuce, goats cheese and balsamic vinaigrette

Tossed Garden Salad
Fresh Romaine hearts tossed with fresh garden vegetables and served with your preference of dressing

Sweet Potato Crusted Snapper Filet
Served over sautéed vegetables with a red onion/balsamic  vinaigrette reduction sauce .

Lemon Drop Mojito Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi fillet sautéed inj Cruzan rum with fresh mint, lime and a hint of Guava. Served over roasted fennel and mashed potato

Thai Sesame Tuna
Sashimi grade Ahi tuna  pan-seared with toasted sesame seeds and served over roasted fennel potato mash

Cracked Conch
A Bahamian delight served with pea's n rice cake, sautéed vegetables and tartar sauce.

Shrimp, mussels, chorizo sausage, chicken & green vegetables sautéed with Spanish rice in fish broth and Saffron.

Grilled Lamb Shish Kebabs
Cubed lamb, sweet peppers and onions grilled on skewers and served with sweet potato gratin and a minted demi-glace sauce.
