Our version of Grouper Nantua served over romaine hearts with a sake/soy dressing and a toasted parmesan baguette

Cajun Calamari
Calamari rings seasoned with hot Caribbean spices and fried or sautéed. Served with
Curly Tails sweet chili jam

Escargot
Escargot in a garlic butter sauce

Stuffed Mushrooms
Grilled mushrooms stuffed with crab meat and topped with
melted cheese

Nobody makes them quite this good

Salads

Curly Tail Salad
Romaine lettuce tossed with mandarin oranges, tomatoes,
toasted walnuts and house dressing (raspberry papaya vinaigrette)
topped with a vegetable quesadilla and melted cheddar.

 
  Greek Salad
Chunks of cucumber, tomato and red onion tossed with extra virgin olive oil and topped with feta cheese, Kalamata olives and fresh oregano.
Zeus would be proud!
(no lettuce in this salad).

Sweet Plantain Egg Roll
Sliced and served over a classic Caesar salad.

Tossed Garden Salad
Fresh Romaine hearts tossed with fresh garden vegetables and served with your preference of dressing

Smothered Grouper
Local Grouper lightly battered and fried with herbs and local spices, smothered with a tomato/onion puree and served with pea's n rice
& sautéed vegetables

Asian Mango Grouper
Fried local grouper infused with Asian spices, fruit and vegetables. Served with a side of Jasmine rice

Red Snapper Fillet - 3 ways
Red snapper fillet Thai crusted, potatoe crusted and
Kalik coconut battered served with sautéed vegetables and Jasmine rice.
Have a mixture of 3 or just one of the above

Cracked Conch
A Bahamian delight served with pea's n rice cake, sautéed vegetables and tartar sauce.

Red Curry Shrimp
Tiger shrimp in a red Thai coconut curry served with
Jasmine rice

Mahi Mahi
Grilled or blackened fillet served with a black bean salsa,
sautéed vegetables and Jasmine rice

Tuna Steak
Sashimi grade Ahi tuna grilled or blackened to your temperature and served with roasted potatoes and vegetables

Local Lobster
Blackened, Broiled, Grilled or Cracked and served with sautéed vegetables, roasted potatoes and drawn butter.
